Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Project Administrator 3 for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.
*This position is 100% ONSITE.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Evaluates facilities requests and meets with customer to define requirements for facilities projects
• Develops project options with customer and develops scope of work in order to meet the customer's requirements
• Creates layouts and conceptual designs
• Works with affected parties to define functionality and constructability
• Assembles and releases work package by collecting and integrating various individual documents such as facilities work order, contract service request, drawings, vendor quotes, schedule, and permits
• Obtains facilities design and resources commitments for projects
• Evaluates contractor proposals for fair and reasonable cost
• Monitors and coordinate implementation activities such as relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews
• Coordinates with affected parties and support functions such as customer, designers, SHEA, crafts, Security, and network infrastructure to create an agreed to implementation plan
• Ensures completion and retention of project records by following the standard operating procedure for closure and update of appropriate documents, forms, permits, work management systems, commissioning and as-built drawings
• Ensures that project implementation meets established quality, cost, schedule targets and regulatory requirements
•Regular and predictable attendance is required
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing projects
DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience
• 3+ years of experience reading & interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and specifications
• 3+ years of experience in project cost management
• 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD package
• 3+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server
• 3+ years of facilities and/or site services experience
• 5+ years of experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems
EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, flexible start 5:30 AM - 7:00 AM.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.
