Facilities Mechanical Engineer, Construction

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Mechanical design, development, installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment  (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Dust Collectors, Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Vacuum Pumps, HVAC, Boilers, Water Treatment, RTO's, Nitrogen systems, Fire Protection systems, piping systems)  for future minor expansion programs after completion of project.Own mechanical systems ( general ventilation systems, process cooling water,  cleanroom operating parameters, and supporting systems) to ensure interruption free service to operationsPerform Mechanical Engineering, Design & Calculations – HVAC, Cooling Water Systems, Piping, Dry Compress Air Systems after plant is in operationPerform Project Management, Manage, coordinate Facilities Systems installations for minor changes after completion of construction.support start-up and proper handover of Facilities Mechanical Systems to the plant team as a supporting representative of the construction team during construction.Provide daily and strategic engineering oversight to the Operations team in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and systems when operations beginRecommend and implement engineering changes to accommodate customer requirements on owned systems after operations begin.Required Qualifications:Preferred- Degree in Mechanical Engineering - specialization on building systemsFive  (5) years experience in Mechanical facilities support in a complex manufacturing facility with clean/dry room environments
