Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager specializing in the auto industry, to join our team at Stokes Toyota Beaufort. In this role, you will be responsible for managing finance and insurance operations at our dealership, including providing customers with financing and insurance options for their vehicle purchases. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process for our customers. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of customer financing and insurance for vehicle purchasesReview and approve financing applications, negotiate terms, and secure loan approvals for customersEducate customers on different financing and insurance options and assist them in selecting the best option for their needsAccurately complete all necessary paperwork and contracts related to financing and insurance transactionsEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies in regard to financing and insurance proceduresWork closely with the sales team to build strong relationships with customers and provide a seamless transaction experienceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of current lending practices, interest rates, and insurance products in the automotive industryMaintain accurate and organized records of all financing and insurance transactionsProvide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries regarding financing or insuranceRequirements:Previous experience in F&I or finance and accounting in the automotive industry requiredStrong understanding of lending and insurance practices and regulationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work well in a team environment and maintain strong relationships with sales staffAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and dealership software systemsHave a team first mentalityEEOC statement:Stokes Toyota Beaufort is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
