Responsibilities
• Accomplish job duties with safe work habits• Assist operator during change over's• Complete paperwork and duties in a timely and accurate manner• Read and understand shop orders• Communicate with operator and shift lead• Maintain clean lines and equipment• Operate forklifts as required• Support plant operator positions• Maintain a clean and safe work environment• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts preferred
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older• Basic computer skills: MS Office, Windows, SAP experience is a plus• Effective team player with good communication skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment• Strong organization skills and self-starter motivation• Ability to train and support others on the team• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required• Plastic extrusion experience is a plus
