Your role in our mission Manage all pharmacy projects as Gainwell helps the client deliver real time pharmacy services through technology and innovation. Lead several pharmacy project teams by breaking down bigger technological programs and assisting with project staffing. Spearhead pharmacy project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff by providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks. Communicate /interface directly with the client, company, and account leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status; recommend program changes as needed. Create pharmacy project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives to ensure the quality of project deliverables across all phases. Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions. What we're looking for Six (6) or more years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through a full project management life cycle. 2 years of the management experience with a Medicaid Fiscal Agent POS project. Knowledge of and experience managing and meeting SLAs. Ability to lead and translate the broader objectives of a program into clear and achievable project scope and milestones that can be worked toward. Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, real time POS pharmacy claims. What you should expect in this role Remote position in the United States, Puerto Rico and/or US Virgin Islands  Candidate selected will be required to attend in person meetings upon client request Candidate selected must be able to work Eastern Time Zone Travel up to 30% Video cameras bust be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
