Full job description Job Title: Executive Assistant/Client Manager

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join us as a Client Manager/Executive Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and play a pivotal role in managing client relations, project coordination, and administrative tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management: Follow up on ongoing projects/tasks. Execute low-level tasks/projects based on initial direction provided. Client Relations/Follow-ups: Manage client support email inbox efficiently and professionally. Report Organization: Download and organize sales reports. Facilitate the organization of accounts payable/receivable invoices. Assist with report preparation and distribution. Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings across multiple calendars efficiently. Representation and Progress Drive: Represent the executive in low-level meetings with external vendors/partners. Drive progress within internal teams based on provided direction. Accounting Support: Download and send monthly accounting paperwork to designated accountants. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency required. Inventory Management: Input inventory purchase data into InventoryLab software (full training provided). Advanced Roles & Responsibilities (Optional, with additional compensation):
Basic Graphic Design: Create simple iconography or graphic elements using tools like Canva. Amazon Seller Central Navigation: Download and analyze restock reports. Retrieve data for key sales reports. Brand/Product Development: Assist in the development of private label products for sale on Amazon. eBay Store Management: Manage the eBay store for liquidating products not suitable for Amazon. Bachelor's degree. No criminal background. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proven experience in project management and client relations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
