Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team supporting the Human Space Flight Technical Integration contract at Johnson Space Center. As a vital member of our team, you will provide executive-level administrative support, contributing to the success of our mission.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Program Management Office, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations.
Serve as a lead administrative assistant, facilitating team meetings and streamlining administrative processes.
Handle incoming correspondence, prioritize tasks, and distribute information effectively.
Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks for domestic and international trips.
Assist with contract administration, including tracking contract awards and maintaining budgets.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel.
Act as a point of contact for various administrative activities, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of specialized experience in administrative roles.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferences:
Ten years of relevant experience.
U.S. citizenship and eligibility for government security clearance.
Flexibility to work outside normal hours and travel as needed.
Essential Requirements:

Ability to commute and travel to various locations as necessary.
