Position Status Full-time If Part Time, hours per week Posting Text Preferred Qualifications Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning software such as Banner. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite is crucial; experience with Slate, Asana and Canva software is preferred. Knowledge of basic accounting practices is preferred. Job Specific Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Adept at using computers and related software applications, especially Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software. managing schedules; coordinating projects; maintaining records; composing, editing, proofreading, and formatting letters, correspondence, and other written materials; monitoring a budget, taking, preparing, and disseminating minutes, maintaining confidential files; researching or coordinating confidential matters involving personnel or legal matters. Arrange all appointments and meetings—both internal and external. Plan travel itineraries and schedule related appointments. Responsible for maintaining VP files for future reference. Support the work of other Enrollment staff as necessary. Percent of total time 30 Duties Tracking of projects and budgets for the Division of Enrollment Services. Percent of total time 25 Duties Edit, proof and at times develop written proposals, reports, presentations for Board meetings and enrollment events under the direction of the VP and the Director of Enrollment Technology and Data Analytics. Opportunity to be creative by designing slide presentations for the VP, designing and compiling reports, and assisting with meeting materials and event collateral. Percent of total time 5 Duties Coordinate and schedule departmental activities, including enrollment leadership and staff retreats. Take meeting minutes, distribute and track action items. Responsible for maintaining records/files for the team. Trains and assists department team members with new employee onboarding. Percent of total time 5 Duties Screen telephone calls and visitors for the Vice President. Serve as point of contact for enrollment-related calls. Oversee office efficiency by organizing procedures, manage filing systems, and handling correspondence. Oversee and maintain office equipment and technology for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, and maintain and manage vendors. Read, research, and route correspondence; draft and edit correspondence and documents; prepare communications on behalf of the VP; collect and analyze information; coordinate special outreach from the VP to prospective students and high-achieving staff; serve as a liaison to internal and external constituencies.
