We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the owner of a successful construction company. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance and ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
Salary $65 - $85k Hybrid - Chaska MN
Responsibilities:
Manage the owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries person errands for the owner Assist in keeping the owner on task and organized Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing as needed Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations Assist with personal tasks for executives as needed Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time-management abilities Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Strong proofreading skills for accurate documentation Prior executive assistant experience is required This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the owner in a dynamic construction environment.
