Main Purpose of the Role: Supervise NAT Branch in coordination with NAT Logistics Manager in support of the company objectives. Main Tasks: Analysis inventory reports daily.
Monitors, tracks, and reports on review & provide recommendations.
Manages all day to day equipment control reports that include but not limited to stock levels, equipment shortages and surplus, scale in and out activity, etc.
Participate weekly meetings w/US Log
Communicate and coordinate with logistics US office logistics instructions
Orders, evacuates and plans empty in coordination w/Regional and Branch offices
Supervises subordinates and make decisions on the daily operations to include the following: Lost/Stolen Chassis and Containers, One Way Lease Containers, Standard Leased Containers, Repositioned Equipment, Equipment Stock, Reports, Gates and Rails etc.
Analyzes procedures and ensure most cost effective efficient handling in place
Manage equipment with terminals, depots, repair shops, customer service import/exports, Vessel OPS.
Meeting targets and standards with equipment stock.
Provide analytics (damage vs. empty stock).

•Formal Education and/or Experience- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent of five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Critical Training Requirements (Preferred): IQSHIP, SAP (Booking (view only);Export (view only); Import (view only); Land Transportation ; Equipment Control Module; M & R Module;
•Language Skills - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
•Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, area.
•Reasoning Ability -Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, ZIMBI, Stock Management, SAP, Navis knowledge is preferred.
