We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruitment Coordinator to bolster our team's efforts in delivering top-notch recruitment services. This role involves overseeing various stages of the recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to final interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organizational tasks, and communicates effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless flow from candidate application to final hiring stages.
Organize and schedule interviews, coordinating with both candidates and team members to facilitate logistics.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing them with timely updates, interview preparations, and feedback.
Proactively source potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social networks, and professional groups.
Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up-to-date with candidate data and progression statuses.
Contribute to the creation of job postings and promotional recruitment materials.
Support the recruitment team with administrative duties as needed, including preparing daily and weekly progress reports.
Qualifications
An Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and candidates.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and standard telecommunication systems.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required; we are open to motivated individuals eager to learn and excel in this field.
Must possess a reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work.
