Responsibilities
• Qualify, educate, and complete the sales process directly with customers• Manage the entirety of the sales cycle• Resolve complaints, answer questions, and recommend new sales opportunities• Facilitate growth of customer accounts with other Account Managers• Hit KPIs on a daily and weekly basis
Requirements
• BA/BS in Management, Communications, Sales, or Entrepreneurship preferred• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role required• Self-confident, professional, and upbeat demeanor• Driven and goal-oriented• Excellent communication skills• Discipline and professionalism in adherence to company procedures
