Seeking a driven Senior Solution Architect to identify gaps which exist in customer technology systems and formulate, modify, and integrate improved software and hardware solutions, ensuring that recommended solutions harmonize with existing systems. The Senior Solution Architect will listen to customers' feedback and implement detailed strategies to finalize project designs. Successful candidates will understand be able to articulate how all parts of a customers business model work together to craft design solutions that best fit a customers' environment. The Senior Solutions Architect will work with business analysts, data analysts, other engineering staff, project/program leadership and multiple levels of customer functional/technical stakeholders to collaborate on solutions.
Identifying gaps or problems in customers' business system technical implementation including detailed root cause of findings Identification and documenting of modern IT architecture solutions to address customer business needs Understanding the way in which different parts of the business model work together, including operating systems, application architectures, data architecture and UX. Establishing the customers detailed business strategy and technical needs to inform and document solution planning and execution. Developing IT solutions to meet identified customer needs. Determining the cost implications of various solution options including performing research and analysis of alternatives Developing plans to show how options will work and discussing these with the customer representatives in a manner which is understandable to a wide variety of customer representatives Working on the changeover from an existing system to a new one and ensuring that the improved version works with existing systems. Making sure that the new solution meets governance standards, applicable regulations and industry best par specifications. Giving technical advice to clients and maintaining ongoing relationships with them. Providing customer feedback in a timely manner to the production department to ensure that product development or modification meets the clients' needs A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or computer science. A minimum of 6 years' documented experience providing solution architecture services Extensive knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, system security, database management, cloud and web platforms. Experience designing and building business process workflows in Salesforce or other low code/no code Software as a Service (SaaS) platform Above-average understanding of business operations including supply chain management and operations. Awareness of and the ability to use a wide variety of software solutions. Project management and teamwork skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms. The ability to provide superb customer service and to be positive. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task. Ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
