Seeking an Engineer - IT Compliance to join our security team. This role is part of a diverse team of Engineers tasked with maintaining and improving the compliance posture of the organization. This individual will drive resolutions to control-related matters, proactively identify regulatory or security gaps, collaborate with vendors and IT peers to tackle governance related matters, and ensure the IT organization aligns to different security standards and frameworks.

Responsibilities:
Project Improvements and Corrective Action Plans:
Work with IT Risk Management to prioritize risks through-out the organization
Participate in IT initiatives to resolve control issues within the organization
Develop, implement, and lead CAPs to improve IT compliance across the organization
Assist management with annual roadmap planning to identify regulatory or compliance related needs
Issue Discovery:
Conduct scans with cyber-attack surface management tools to discover potential IT related issues
Collaborate with IT teams and Internal Audit to evaluate that IT configurations are aligned to Tiffany Policies, Standards, or various security frameworks
Conduct control testing on different systems to collect evidence and report results/findings to the IT Compliance Manager
Find opportunities to improve reporting and evidence collections through automation or scripting
Update internal compliance inventories and documentation when needed
Qualifications:
This position will require attention to detail, a proactive approach to identifying issues, strong collaborative skills, and the ability to work across a wide variety of IT products
Think strategically and know how to communicate compliance requirements in an effect manner to other IT peers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field
3+ years of experience working in IT security/compliance roles
An understanding of industry standards such as PCI DSS and GDPR
As well as knowledge about protecting PII data
Demonstrated ability conducting risk assessments, audits, or similar compliance-related tasks
The candidate should have experience supporting and understanding security technologies, products and programs related to:
Change Monitoring
Data Loss Prevention
Malware Protection
Log and Event Management
Vulnerability Scanning
Preferred:
Security Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CCSP
Project Certification: PMP, CAMP, PgMP or Project+
