Role Purpose: Under general supervision, perform any of the following activities as assigned: moves, tracks, sortsand handles product throughout the order fulfillment process, functions may include but not limited to picking, hooping, sewing, finishing, packing, sorting, shipping, running, inspecting and auditing.
Key Accountabilities/ Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Assesses work area for safety hazards and safety improvements Organizes the work area to ensure 5S is properly maintained Participates in company, site, and work area meetings as scheduled Communicates issues to other team members and management to actively solve problems Performs data entry into various production and warehouse management systems Verifies data integrity and investigate discrepancies Compares documents, research errors and communicate discrepancies to management Tracks and logs data in systems; maintain and file records Processes reports Performs quality inspections and audits Maintains and organizes thread, supplies, and fixture inventories Maintains speed and accuracy in accordance with the engineered standards Records all production, damages and issues on daily production paperwork Ensures quality standards by examining finished products Performs all other duties as assigned by management Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred Our Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
