We are seeking a talented Email and Campaigns Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of Neat's global email marketing campaigns, from strategy and concept development to execution and analysis.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives. Craft engaging and persuasive email copy that resonates with target audiences. Design and manage email templates that are visually appealing and optimized for mobile devices in Marketo. Segment email lists and personalize content to ensure relevance and improve click-through rates. Take full ownership of the nurture and upsell flows for both prospects and customers. Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-quality, effective, and visually engaging email campaigns. A/B test different email elements and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Maintain and grow our email subscriber base through targeted acquisition strategies. Ensure email marketing efforts comply with all relevant regulations and best practices. Stay up to date on the latest email marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in email marketing. Experience with email marketing automation platforms, Marketo. Specifically. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign strategy. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging email content that gets the reader to open the email and take action. Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. A creative and data-driven approach to marketing. Experience with other marketing channels (e.g., social media) a plus.
