Position Overview:
You'll serve facilitating end-user training for Electronic Health Record applications and supporting EHR education initiatives across our Ministry. Your role will ensure that values are embedded in every aspect of our operations, reflecting our mission, values, guiding principles, and Service Standards.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Prior experience in an adult training environment or other EHR-related roles.
Certification: Epic Certified status within three months of employment, alongside achieving Presentation Skills.
Other Skills & Knowledge:
Ability to travel as needed to support implementation training.
Strong project management skills.
Analytical proficiency to identify complex problems and devise effective solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours as business needs demand.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Experience: Two years of work experience in adult training environments and/or healthcare settings, with a background in developing training curriculum and/or computer training.
