We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations Educator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering, evaluating, and managing learning programs aimed at enhancing skills and competencies across our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
Prepare for training sessions and deliver them using various effective learning methodologies.
Foster participation and motivation among learners.
Provide constructive feedback and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
Coach and mentor other educators and adjunct trainers to ensure desired learning outcomes.
Manage Learning Programs & Evaluate Learning Impact:
Prioritize and implement training projects and activities.
Utilize learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of training initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage customer expectations.
Analyze evaluation data and make recommendations to enhance curriculum effectiveness.
Develop and maintain the Curriculum Plan to guide learning initiatives.
Instructional Design:
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning requirements.
Apply adult learning theory and collaborate with the design team to determine appropriate learning approaches.
Design and develop instructional materials to support learning objectives.
Coordinate Training/Onboarding Activities:
Assist with the onboarding of new team members and adjunct trainers.
Coordinate onboarding and learning advisor activities.
Maintain accurate reporting dashboards, calendars, and teammate trackers for respective areas of responsibility.
Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Education, or related field (Preferred).
Previous experience in the healthcare industry (Preferred).
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing adult learning theory and methodologies for training design and delivery (Required).
Highly effective facilitation and training skills (Required).
Strong planning and time management abilities (Required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint (Required).
Independent problem-solving skills and sound judgment (Required).
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required).
Travel and Time Requirements:
Travel: Up to 10%
Nights/Weekends: Rare

$22.00 - $33.00 per hour
