A day in the life of an Educational Aide As an Educational Aide, you support high-quality and dynamic lessons across educational settings. You help children across grade bands and assist teachers in obtaining the information necessary for intervention planning, consultation, and development of instructional plans that help meet the functional and educational needs of each child served. The children we serve face a variety of developmental, educational, and speech and language challenges they are working to overcome. You use your Aide expertise to improve the lives of children in ways that are enjoyable and rewarding!
