Responsibilities
• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum• Lead by example and encourage teaching success• Plan age-appropriate activities to engage children• Maintain frequent communication with parents• Ensure center policies and regulations are met• Ensure a healthy classroom environment• Maintain interest of children with daily activities• Maintain accurate records, forms, and files• Maintain personal professional development plan• Ensure continuous quality improvement
Requirements
• Professional child care experience preferred• Strong oral and written communication skills• High energy and ability to work well with others• Strong understanding of child development• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification may be obtained• Must clear full background check and health screening• Early childhood education or related field of study• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
