SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced, proactive, top performing Regional Brokerage Consultant (RBC). The RBC will serve as a liaison for Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors (FA) focused on assisting with the acquisition of their clients' held away, self-directed brokerage assets.  The RBC will work directly with the FAs and their regional leadership team to generate a strategy for generating self-directed referrals.  The RBC will personally work with clients that are referred to ensure they receive a superior, high touch onboarding experience, before making a warm hand off to the appropriate relationship management team.RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary focus will be to build and develop relationships with Morgan Stanley FAs and their support teams and to generate referrals to E*TRADE.The RBC will work with regional FA leadership to help develop a strategy to acquire clients' held away, self-directed brokerage assets to E*TRADE.Educate the FAs and clients on E*TRADE's digital product offering for self-directed traders. This will include group presentations in branch and via online platforms as well as 1:1 personalized demonstrations.Ensure a world class onboarding experience for clients, from account opening through funding and ongoing product education until the client is completely comfortable and confident on the E*TRADE platform.Use sound business judgement to negotiate pricing and create special offers to gain wallet share of clients' held-away, self-directed brokerage assets.Facilitate a warm hand off to the Relationship Management (RM) team at E*TRADE once the onboarding process is complete.Provide timely and relevant updates on the status of current referrals, pipeline forecasts and constructive feedback on areas of improvement.BasicMinimum of 8 years of financial services experienceMinimum of 5 years of sales experience.Strong relationship building skillsSeries 7 and 63 OR 66 licenses required within 90 days of hire.Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Business Management/Administration/Business related discipline strongly preferred)Ability to travel (Up to 50%)PreferredThorough understanding of equity and option markets. Futures experience a plus.Experience with a CRM software is preferred.
