Full job description POSITION: Designer/Draftsperson

Combined expertise in architecture, interior design and marketing and branding represents the multidimensional enthusiasm of our group. We are seeking a Designer/Draftsperson with a solid working knowledge of the design/build process. Candidates must show proficiency in construction documentation and possess technical knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: High level of proficiency in Revit software Working knowledge of CAD applications and basic Microsoft Office Willingness to learn new processes and explore new concepts Preferred proficiency Lumion software Preferred proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of construction methodology and construction documentation Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy Ability to communicate ideas and collaborate with team members Strong time/attention management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks PRIMARY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn, understand, and champion the SDG design process Draft conceptual schematic design plans, design development plans, and construction documentation plans utilizing Revit software Update, edit, modify designs in accordance with client/builder/contractor needs/requests Keep up to date with the latest trends, developments, and technologies related to architectural design To apply, please send the following to
