Responsibilities
• Sign and submit stormwater compliance related regulatory permit applications• Manage the Division Stormwater Management Program• Develop, implement, and administer revisions to the Division Stormwater Management Program• Supervise third-party contractors and consultants• Liaise with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and investigations• Review and coordinate responses to requests for information• Communicate with Division President and Corporate and Region Stormwater Compliance Managers• Conduct inspections and quality assurance audits• Identify and develop cost efficiency measures for stormwater compliance• Serve as the division voice in stormwater emergency situations
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• One or more years of stormwater related experience• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license• Possess or obtain stormwater certifications within one year of employment• Proficiency with MS Office and email• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions and moving mechanical parts
