Position Overview: The Restaurant District Manager oversees multiple Dairy Queen restaurant locations within a designated region. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring that all locations within their assigned district meet or exceed company standards in terms of customer service, quality of products, and profitability. The District Manager manages and supervises restaurant managers and staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and executing their duties effectively. 
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred. 7+ years of experience in fast-food restaurant management, including at least 2 years of experience in a multi-unit management role. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must successfully pass a background check. Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required). Strong understanding of the quick service restaurant industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Required Travel: up to 75% of the time. Flexible availability based on business demands, including evenings, weekend and holidays. Must be fluent in English. Must be 18 years of age or older.
