Responsibilities
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and maintain operational integrity• Guide customers through sales transactions and provide advice and knowledge• Ensure the store is stocked and well-maintained• Fulfill and pack customer orders• Promote a positive and customer-service oriented work environment• Continuously develop product knowledge• Respond to customer inquiries in-store and online• Accurately use and maintain the point of sale system• Accurate cash handling and customer transaction management• Execute in-store operations as directed by Store Leadership
Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age• High school diploma or GED• Retail experience preferred• Exceptional customer service skills• Knowledge of basic computer skills• Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic• Willingness to learn applicable laws and regulations• Must be compliant with regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry• Excellent organization and time management skills• Must be focused, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions• Clear and effective communication skills
