Fives, located in the iconic French Quarter at Jackson Square, is seeking experienced and passionate candidates to join our Back of House team.
About the Job:
As a Dishwasher at Fives, you will be responsible for the washing, polishing, and maintenance of all glassware, silverware, plateware, etc. As well as maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift in accordance with the standards of our Back of House team led by Chef Paul Terrebonne. Must be well organized, clean, and focused to prepare for and execute service, and maintain a pristine working environment at your assigned station.
The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be great at multitasking and team oriented.
