The Service Line Director is responsible for the development, coordination and operational management of their assigned service line(s). Collaborates with various departments, physicians and staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care, efficient operations and financial success. Develops and implements strategic plans that drive growth through improved access, quality, patient experience/satisfaction, provider relations, employee engagement and expense management.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
Experience
• 5 years of experience in Health Care Operations required
• Prior supervisory/management experience required
• Experience in a multi-hospital system preferred
• Affiliation with American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and/or Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) preferred
• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
