Responsibilities:
Lead the assessment and development of personalized treatment plans for patients.
Administer advanced manual therapy techniques to optimize patient rehabilitation.
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and nurture positive patient relationships.
Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
Champion a comprehensive approach to health, wellness, and physical fitness.
Provide leadership and direction to the physical therapy team, including training, supervision, and performance management.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to meet clinic goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with extensive clinical experience.
Valid Physical Therapy licensure in Maryland or ability to obtain licensure.
Exceptional expertise in advanced manual therapy techniques.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership.
