Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain safety standards and compliance• Maintain operational control for all flight operations• Manage company manuals, procedures, and necessary information• Staff crew, dispatch, and administrative functions• Train and maintain pilot records• Coordinate with other departments for safety and efficiency• Develop and manage budget• Other assigned duties
Requirements
• Hold Airline Transport Pilot certificate with B737 experience• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience• Minimum 5 years of experience as PIC under part 121, 125, or 135• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Team-oriented and creates inclusive work environment• Action-oriented and solution-oriented decision-making• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Business, or related field preferred• Previous DO experience
