Position Summary: As the Director of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing and construction operations at our Dallas Operations Center. You will lead teams in engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing, ensuring efficient and effective operations to meet our high standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Direct engineering processes that utilize SolidWorks. Oversee material acquisition, including sourcing from domestic and offshore suppliers. Manage direct reports, including Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, and Purchasing Staff. Participate in project estimating and validation of shop floor data collection. Ensure alignment of operational activities with strategic objectives, reporting directly to the CEO. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Extensive knowledge in commercial or residential construction. Experience in sheet metal or structural steel fabrication. Proficiency in electrical and MEP systems. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Proven project management capabilities.
