Position Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the land acquisition process from start to finish
Identify potential land sites, evaluate their feasibility, and negotiate purchase agreements
Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, real estate developers, and government agencies
Negotiate land purchases and contracts
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential land sites, including market research, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments
Stay updated on industry trends, local regulations, and market conditions that may impact land acquisition opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction management, real estate, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, zoning laws, and environmental regulations
Proven track record of successfully acquiring land for construction projects
Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Benefits:
