Your Role:
As the Director of Human Resources & Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization, blending HR, admin, and accounting responsibilities with a primary focus on talent acquisition. You'll work closely with the CFO to ensure smooth financial operations while providing top-notch service to our team, candidates, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process using the BambooHR ATS system, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand hiring needs and required skillsets.
- Utilize various channels to source candidates, including social media and professional networks.
- Conduct employment testing, verification, and background checks.
- Manage state-specific documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including COBRA and open enrollment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with invoice tracking and payments.
- Coordinate contractor/vendor documentation and payment approval process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years' experience in HR or finance, preferably in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
- PHR or SHRM certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks Online.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
