Director Of Accounting & Reporting Advisory

The Director, Accounting & Reporting Advisory is an integral member of the Accounting & Reporting team and will provide strategic guidance and professional advice to the firm's clients on a broad range of accounting and financial reporting matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sound advice and professional guidance to clients on a wide range of accounting and financial reporting issues and problems. Lead and manage engagements and teams to deliver high quality services to clients. Develop technical knowledge and deep understanding of complex accounting and financial reporting standards, including ASC 805, ASC 606, and ASC 842. Advise clients on complex accounting and financial reporting topics, including Private Equity and other investment instruments. Perform financial analysis and modeling to provide insights and recommendations to clients. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Participate in the review of client documents, reports, and other materials. Qualifications:
CPA license is required. At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet tight deadlines.
