Job Description The Director of Growth Operations focuses on being the center of new logo growth for the network, collaborating with brand Growth Officers and key external partners. The role leverages creating and driving adoption and implementation of Salesforce, key reporting initiatives, and tools to maximize conversion.
This is a critical role, responsible for ensuring the Growth Officers have access to our best work across the network, support pitches in building systems to support backgrounding, RFPs, best practice sharing, case studies, ensuring sales process documentation adherence, tools infrastructure requirements and Salesforce business requirements. This leader has a key connectivity to global including, but not limited to, sharing best practices, vetting and conflict checks.
While not driving organic growth strategies etc, the role does include bringing the holistic understanding of the total state of our growth status and projections together.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, Americas, this role is responsible for developing assessment management, content, process, and enablement. Short term the role reports to the Chief Growth Strategist in the Americas.
Responsibilities: Reporting Lead reporting function and set strategic vision for regular reporting Monitor and implement Salesforce adoption support (brands accountable for input) Set learning support for Salesforce training Ensure ops team is delivering the SF data hygiene plan External reporting partnership with RECMA, COMV, R3 Adhoc requests i.e. ELT Growth Overview Process core partner Vetting process Global ways of working Pipeline review process and weekly growth call Sales process in Salesforce (Merkury, Agyle, etc) Asset Management & Content Repository Stats & agency facts (quarterly) Ensure library of Pitch assets is of the highest of quality (quarterly refresh) Set format and standards for pitch assets Oversee & deliver quality assets across the media and support Merkle and Dentsu creative as selectively needed. Enablement Providing some limited pitch logistical support and pitch theater creation (Loaning out Associate to pitch teams for critical short-term needs). Lead enablement team to support Amers research and content needs (i.e. RFI/RFP database & first pass submissions) Q&A Database – Evernote, Sharepoint site, help design AI support needs and activation Coordinating Sales Enablement support. Owns the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business Qualifications Experience with sales and business development processes. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
