The Role The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be a strategic thought-partner and report to the SVP Global Business Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support the Pricing team in product strategy and decision-making.
The Main Responsibilities + Develop and execute financial strategies that support the Pricing team's objectives.
+ Provide financial modeling, analysis, and pricing strategies to optimize product pricing and profitability.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing decisions are based on sound financial analysis and align with the company's goals.
+ Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions.
+ Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
+ Manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
What We Look For in a Candidate + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on pricing strategy and support.
+ Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
+ Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
+ Proficient in financial systems and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
+ Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Preferred Experience
+ Experience in the technology or software industry.
+ Knowledge of SaaS business models and pricing strategies.
+ Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation to inform pricing decisions.
Compensation The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$135060 – $180080in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$141820 – $189090in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$148570 – $198090in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
