Responsibilities
• Develop, lead, and manage the performance of the sales organization for consistent sales growth.• Identify and implement a sales vision, strategy, and objectives.• Coordinate with internal sales support and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure resources for customers.• Develop marketing strategies by channel to support overall business plans.• Drive business and marketing research and intelligence for emerging markets.• Coordinate with marketing and product management to provide field input on product requirements and competitive information.• Collaborate with technical teams to improve existing products and develop new products.• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns via mixed media.• Oversee development of creative materials for events, trade shows, and conferences.• Effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and resources.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.• 7-10 years' relevant experience required.• Design, develop, and implement marketing programs and pricing strategies.• Design, develop, and implement sales programs to meet business objectives.• Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing intelligence and research, sales, buying, and merchandising efforts.• Complete all responsibilities in compliance with safety protocols and policies.
