Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Sears Holdings. This is a remote part-time position based in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and paid advertising- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, creative assets, and target audiences- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, making recommendations for improvement based on data analysis- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and ensure competitiveness- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in any additional tasks as needed
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field- Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data effectively- Emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and preferences- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Email Marketing Software, and Social Media Management tools- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
