Job Description:
PBF Energy is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and display advertising- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making recommendations for optimization- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences- Manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and confident personality traits- Strong decision-making and planning skills
