Working together with internal SME's, influencers, and other brands, you will create content, communities, and opportunities to introduce powerful digital engagement strategies. The Digital Content Creator will identify, review and follow industry thought leaders. Teaming up with like-minded influencers you will create content hubs and enable users/followers to be part of the creation process. Curating other people's content and notable industry news the Digital Content Creator will comment, re-post, and share how it's relevant across various platforms. You will put your industry observations into terms the audience can understand, relate to, and find lessons in and provide actionable tips and walk users/followers through our recommended solutions.
Role & Responsibilities Assists with the creation, maintenance, and strategy of the organization's digital presence to build awareness and position in the marketplace . Shoots video segments in the studio and in the field. Edits and formats programs utilizing digital video equipment and associated computer hardware and software. Uses lighting, spacing, and editing techniques to enhance images. Utilizes and maintains computer-based graphics files, editing software, and other video production support applications. Operates digital video equipment and associated computer hardware and software to support video production. Shoots, edits, and produces multimedia videos for online viewing Proof-reads content posted to social media sites Moderate posts, including user-generated content, on social media to ensure that guidelines are adhered to. Schedules social media posts and reports on social media events. Writes and edits content to publish on social media platforms. Identifies social media trends to use in marketing and future content pushes . Qualifications and Requirements Experience creating your own content - such as photos, videos, tips/tricks, how-to guides, tutorials, and industry best practices Familiar with how to create content for different platforms like YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram Think critically about the content being consumed with the ability to question the status quo and play devil's advocate Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software Experience with video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for creating engaging and innovative digital content Experience using Sony photo and video equipment Experience executing live streams (Preferred) Gwynedd Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer.
