Responsibilities
• Work closely with content specialists to create assessments, ensuring alignment with educational objectives, academic standards, and product specifications• Collaborate with Product Manager to align assessment development priorities with market research findings and customer interactions• Plan, schedule, and coordinate assessment development projects• Implement and maintain quality control processes for assessment content• Collaborate with stakeholders to review assessment content, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions• Coordinate staffing for projects and optimize resource allocation• Liaise with external vendors and contractors for assessment content development• Participate in the design and format of assessments• Coordinate and participate in the review of assessment results• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in assessment content development or a related field• Strong knowledge of assessment design principles and best practices• Excellent project management, scheduling, and coordination skills• Demonstrated experience in vendor management and procurement• Proficiency in assessment software and tools• Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
