Role Description: Join a well established, busy Practice as a full-time, Associate Dentist located outside of Houston, TX. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing dental care services, including diagnosing and treating patients, interpreting x-rays, educating patients about oral health, and performing dental procedures requiring a high degree of skill and accuracy.
The Associate Dentist will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA regulations, and collaborating with other dental professionals to ensure the best care for patients.
Qualifications: Dental Degree from an Accredited Dental School Current Texas Dental License New Grads welcome to apply Experience in General Dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and oral surgery Strong knowledge of dental procedures, processes, and terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience with dental software is a plus
Compensation: 32-35% production, $650-$750 minimum daily guarantee depending on experience. $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS
