Demand Planner

Position Overview: A Demand Planner is responsible for evaluating data and customer orders to create accurate and reliable forecasts. They must analyze current sales trends, customer demand, and industry forecasts to effectively plan demand, and maximize inventory efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimum availability of products Evaluate data and forecasts to plan for customer demand Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure availability of inventory Develop demand plans and inventory levels to meet business goals Analyze customer order patterns to forecast short and long-term needs Maintain accurate records and data for inventory management Light lifting and physical work is required to move product Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar software Strong analytical skills and data analysis experience Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Previous experience as a Demand Planner is highly desirable Benefits Base salary + bonus base on company and personal performance Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplement insurance programs with company assistance 401(k) with company match Paid Time off, Paid Holidays Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
