Responsibilities
• Analyze and execute strategic projects• Manage services relationship during transformations• Ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery• Provide coaching and mentoring for project team• Assist sales team in closing deals• Identify and develop business opportunities• Support administrative and cultural excellence
Requirements
• 10+ years of SAP services sales and/or delivery experience• 7+ years of program management experience• PMP certification• Exceptional executive communication and client relationship building skills• Experience delivering software in large Enterprise environments• Superior project financials business acumen• Leadership experience in large SAP transformation programs• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred• Large Systems Integrator experience• Proven ability in achieving revenue and margin goals• Ability to effectively manage and resolve client escalations• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills• Excellent understanding of SAP solutions and consulting business processes
