Responsibilities
• Contribute to business strategy by identifying organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes• Forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements• Implement employee training and manage its delivery• Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with strategic agenda• Empower employees with development opportunities and performance standards• Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement• Provide expert advice and coaching to employees• Review and benchmark internal and external environment to improve HR initiatives• Identify and drive the communication of best practices• Act as a liaison between line and HR• Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business• Stay updated on progressive HR practices and trends• Manage specific projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives
