About the Role:
As a Database Entry Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our company's database stays accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in our company database daily.
Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files related to database entries.
Assist in developing and implementing data entry processes and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any database issues.
Generate reports and analyze data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Assist in training new employees on database entry procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
