About the Role: Location: Saginaw, Michigan (On Site)

As a Data Entry Administrative Assistant (i.e., Administrative Coordinator) on Morley's RVM team in Saginaw, Michigan, you'll have:
A consistent M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. schedule with rotational late shift a few times a month Flexibility (paid time off) Steady work, supportive leaders, strong benefits and advancement opportunities In this role, you'll work with automotive manufacturers to accurately capture information within their processing systems. You will use your organizational skills, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to move these transactions forward quickly and efficiently.
We're looking for someone who will be very thorough and pay strong attention to detail while processing important documents and information.

What You'll Do Data entry Identify, research and resolve any problems with documentation File and organize incoming documents Ensure accuracy within printed and digital files Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (e.g., phone calls, chats, emails) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude Location This is an on-site position in Saginaw, Michigan. Skills for Success: Organized, strong work ethic and excellent communicator Typing and Microsoft Office skills Able to learn new computer programs as necessary Eligibility Requirements Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan, daily High school diploma or equivalent One or more years of customer care experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers) Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
