Responsibilities
• Manage and review daily data download processes from carriers and vendors• Maintain the client database within the agency's system• Collaborate with the Manager, Operations Software Administration, on data and reporting projects• Build and nurture strong relationships with carriers, vendors, producers, and other stakeholders• Lead the integration of agency downloads for mergers and acquisitions• Contribute to data conversions and system integration
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent is required• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with agency management software• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication skills for effective interactions• Self-motivated and willing to assist others• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
