Responsibilities
• Managing multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards• Providing appropriate communication with project team to reduce constraints• Collaborating with EH&S Officer to ensure construction safety procedures• Working with design team to provide cost analysis feedback• Providing schedule input and communicating impacts• Supporting the development of GC RFP's• Managing the RFP Process including evaluation and leveling of pricing proposals• Working closely with procurement team on equipment procurement and delivery• Monitoring RFI's and submittals and ensuring coordination• Creating and monitoring project budget and cost-to-date variance budget• Establishing project schedules and cash flow forecasts• Creating and communicating updates on project status monthly• Maintaining updated budgets, schedules, and status reports• Reviewing monthly invoices from contractors• Reviewing change order requests from contractors and negotiating pricing• Traveling up to 50% of the time
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experience• Data Center experience preferred; construction management experience required• 5-8 years' experience in commercial construction practices and procedures• Effective presentation development and communication skills• MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
