Job Description:

Coca-Cola is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Entry Level role, the Customer Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.3. Educate customers on products and services offered by Coca-Cola.4. Process orders and returns as needed.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner.3. Driven and adaptable personality traits.4. Soft skills in persuasion and planning.5. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.6. Must be able to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
