Job Description:

Occidental Petroleum is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.7. Stay up to date on company products, policies, and procedures.8. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and issues.

Requirements:1. Resilient and motivated personality traits.2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles.4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
